Rolling alignments and sending out PMs and all that jazz. Ratio's going to be 8:3, and mafia does need to outnumber town, so mafia wins with a 3:2 ratio but not a 3:3 ratio.

Also before anybody asks, the priority is BUS > STUN > PROTECT > NK

Alright. Not making the same mistake again.... in case I die again N0, just getting some thoughts out about this game.

Since we don't have set roles throughout the game, there's no reason town should be afraid to explain how they acted each night. I'd actually encourage more information sharing... this is separate from "planning future actions out," which I would be more wary about.

Town has a slight unusual advantage around still staying in the game when there are equal parts town and mafia. Maybe we can be a little more bullish early on? Still thinking about it, sorry.
