My theory is that high seraph is a roulette or JOAT that has roles based on past roles that Kiyoko has written, so like the reverse version of the Kiyoko role from the last game.

But I could be wrong. ;v;

also if it's based on the six roles lux sent in, i would bet anything it is probably the exact same role i had, if not slightly different roulettes.
