Anyway, to answer everyone's question about my D1 purchases (I don't remember if there were any other questions?): I bought tin cans and a fishing rod on D1.

Items really, really confuse me even in more conventional games, so I wasn't sure what to get that wouldn't require tons of circular reasoning on my part. (For example, I've talked to Mitsu before about how stressful protective roles are, so I said nope to vulneraries.) I thought I could potentially snag an anti-town item by targeting someone who was around at rollover under the assumption mafia would want to send in their purchase PM ASAP, but that didn't go so well.

More importantly, I am very upset that my mother's affection for me was so easily swayed by hashtags and supernatural powers after reaching the pinnacle of quiz education and taking after her with regard to our spending habits.

.....so my half post that i had written like two phases ago got eaten when i restarted my laptop rip

but um. basically on d1, i submitted my item list pretty (very) late in the phase and put the scrap paper at the top, which was a bad idea in hindsight. so i didn't get any of the other items i wanted :'(

....and then the next day i.... totally didn't realize that we were supposed to submit another item list.... since there hadn't been any voting on the previous day so i got confused (on top of being busy lol)

last day i wasn't around at all so yeah i didn't have time to send in a list either :(

i know this sounds super suspicious but i promise i'm not mafia i'm just busy and dumb and not well organized ;_______; it's the last week of school for me and there's a million things going on and i've been low on sleep and had so much on my mind. i really shouldn't have signed up for this game but i really loved the theme/concept so i really wanted to play but that was pretty selfish of me i'm sorry ;_____;

also there's.... something.... else that i think i should talk about but i need to read more (& more carefully oops) and figure out something.......

at least the fishing rod is finally accounted for (assuming she's telling the truth about that), though i guess we basically knew it was in the hands of mafia anyways since no one stepped forward to claim it (although i suppose it could've been me before i explained my purchases (or lack thereof lmao) but idk why i would ever buy that)
i wonder if mafia did actually buy those things on the first day, though, because 9g, while actually possible for the mafia, is a large portion of their funds... :|a and that doesn't leave much else for the last mafia to claim.... maybe they did just spend all of it though, and that's why gerry had to change it so they got more money...

given how the mechanism works, going rounds by priority not absolute priority, I kinda doubt you wouldn't get a second item unless you're mafia and your team ran out of funds due to other purchases, tbh. I sent in my purchase pretty late too, but I got two items off my list without a hitch.

yeah, i thought i'd be able to get something else too but... by late i mean really late. and i also guess i didn't have enough things on my list since i thought i'd be able to get one of my other items/didn't put a ton of thought into it since i was in a hurry, and i didn't want any of the items i felt were more anti-town, like the fishing rod, honey, vinegar, etc. OR THE 8-BALL SO DONE WITH THAT AFTER CCS MAFIA :'(

I agree that lie detector roles are difficult. The pressure of figuring out a useful question... orz

Anyway, if you're not mafia, angel, who do you think the remaining two are?
