Hmm why would you not want to vote someone who was stunned? Isn't that most likely where a mafia is unless flavor text was a jail or something? Aren't you saying the NK has to be successful to be in rollover though? It has to meet both conditions not just one, so either no NK was sent in or it was blocked. Is this a Blairs ref I'm missing lol because I'm confuse
