i can has NIGHT THREE?

I have a strategy for finding the mafia, but I kinda had to tell you that. Here is the rest of it.

If you end your posts in questions, you get to ask Kiyoko a question. We can't ask about alignment, or specific player's roles, but you can ask about roles and quirks generally.

I am confirmed that not everyone's roles work the safe way with my question. The next person can confirm that some people have claimed to have quirks that they don't actually have (not counting ending in questions).

We can then in future nights narrow down which quirks are fake, and the people who faked those quirks would almost certainly be mafia. Does that make sense?

???????????? Why are you trying to hide a question asker ability from the mafia. Why are you outing what Rasei's ability does even more (unless you were hit by two quirks yesterday). What are you doing holy shit just stop talking please.

Obviously not everyone's role is going to work the same way all the quirks HAVE FUCKING DIFFERENT CRITERIA.

Regardless a question-asking role isn't that big of a deal so I don't think mafia will put as high a stake in murdering them as you say. However, they might decide to kill Rasei now. So.

That isn't my quirk. My quirk is way better than any silly questions.

So I had quite a few things. I received 4 quirks.

My logic was that one of them had a chance of being mafia-originating and might have a negative effect, so I was quite scared to use two of them due to how they were portrayed. I did use all of them, though. I also elected not to use any of them on myself in case they did have negative effects (unless auto-jailing myself was the result of merely sending one of those actions in--which isn't out of the realm of possibility... hm. None of them were a jail, though).

I thought I had a chance of receiving some form of kill or controlling effect on me since I was an obvious target for mafia to deal with. Technically, town might also be hesitant in case I was a mafia with so many powers on me. To that end, the jail could go either way. I'm tempted to say that I think it has a 70% chance of coming from a mafia last night, since it's safer to just lock me out than try to kill me. There are a few reasons for this based off of what I know to be in play as of last night, but the other reason is that I'd also be a prime doctor target since I did have so many effects.

So... I could have possibly prevented the jail on me and gotten more out of my actions, in which case I feel terrible. I actually planned out my actions to be as strategic as I could manage while still trying to help those that had gone without quirks. This was on top of the condition that I did not want to use any on myself in case of potential backfires. I might reveal more if asked and/or later in the phase..

Anyway, the point is: If you had one of my quirks, Tiki, odds are it's probably from a town, if the jail on me was from mafia. I doubt mafia would send me a quirk and then just lock me out of using it--unless that quirk auto-jailed me. This goes out the window if a town did jail me, so if we ever figure out which quirk did that and who fired it at me, there's that. In which case, whatever you received might be malicious. If it's one of the two wordier quirks I got, since Fia got zalgo this phase, I think the one I used in the first post has a higher chance of being mafia-originating, while the second is more of an 80/20 in terms of town or mafia sending it, respectively.

One other thing I will say: There is more than one role that can block quirks/abilities being received, judging by rollover and what I know to be in play.

ANYWAY, you totally wasted your question. Knowing kiyo, she's going to take your question literally and if you literally asked "do all the roles work the same way?" (I assume you mean same way and not actually safe way, right?), of course you're going to get "no" because... they're all different abilities they're going to work differently. you don't need to ask the host a question to know that.


It's not the biggest power role in the game I'm sure, but you still shouldn't have outed it like... why. It's an ability that is not particularly useful to mafia, so they probably won't care too much about it.

Unless one of us got a fake, or something...is there a role that duplicates roles? One that makes it LOOK like someone got duplicates, but is really just screwy?

TBH LUCAS IS PROBABLY MAFIA BECAUSE LUCAS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF PERSON AS MAFIA THAT WOULD KEEP ME FROM GETTING/USING QUIRKS AND THOSE SOUND LIKE MAFIA ABILITIES.
