I have no idea what to make of all the stuns other than maybe there's a lot of passive stun abilities? I cant imagine that all of those are active stuns??

There's surely not that many stunners in the game. maybe someone's got a passive ability that auto stuns if someone targets them or something, idk what the proper term for that would be
