But here, it's more like if I were mafia, I could have won, but chose not to?

Also, I'm confused by your plan. If you kill me, and Jaiser is mafia, then they can just jail kiyo and night kill you. If kiyo is mafia, then I guess Jaiser can jail her and you're safe. If you're mafia, then I'm impressed by your coordinating abilities, honestly.

If you're 100% certain I'm the last mafia, there's no reason not to reveal your plan now.

Kiyoko is right in that it only succeeds if mafia doesn't know what I'm going to do.

If you're mafia you still couldn't have won, sorry. If it makes you feel better, your post doesn't really change much for me. I was going to vote you and then ask Kiyoko to change her vote for the sake of the plan, anyway.
