Actually, wondering. There has been a lot of talk about "tailoring," which I guess is like what happened in the Masquerade when the Mafia made Alca appear as Mafia in rollover? If so, does that mean it would be the same here, like, if Mr. Blaire is a Town that gets nixed, but then appears as Mafia, would that also affect the ratio?

Actually, that game is one reason I question doing much anymore, heh. With that, among that game's other shenanigans, and how that led to everybody latching onto a "safe bet" on who was Mafia, leading to a loss and easy win for Mafia, AND the game before where a persistent Mafia misdirected votes to get an easy win, just all these uncertainties...

The ratio will be following the roll-over, so in the case of a framed person or a miller being killed/lynched, the ratio will reflect their apparent alignment.

Well, if Mr. Blaire rolls over as Town, then the finger goes right to Kiyo, Alca, and AliceofOz. Even if she rolls over as Mafia, still doesn't quite let them off the hook, with all this tailoring talk, but I'd have to lean toward Rasei, at least, and maybe Lux, as she keeps providing ways for why it might not be Mr. Blaire. Lux is her most ardent defender.

I'll be addressing the posts and speculation in a moment. In particular, I would like for Rasei to answer Kiyoko's questions.

I have some information I would like to share. I will preface this information by saying I currently believe that the Arsonist/Oil thing has the likelihoods of being... 75% Neutral : 17% Mafia : 8% Town.

So, to explain why I've been so paranoid over the Alca/Kiyoko blitz theory is that I was the one that got oiled last night. Sammiya informed me of this come rollover, and she also confirmed that the person that oiled me knows that I know that I got oiled.

I was going to keep this information a secret with the hope that if the arsonist is town or neutral, mafia might spend the whole time wondering if they got oiled and tread lightly. However, I just had a thought and asked Sammiya if other players that weren't the target of being oiled / the arsonist could ask her if the target of the oil would know that they had been oiled. She confirmed that she would reply and let that player know that the target of the oil would be made aware of their... slicky situation.

So now I feel like it benefits town more to reveal this information, since there's a chance one of the three mafia asked Sammiya and thus now all of them know they have not been oiled.

This also is a large reason as to why I've been paranoid. I was targeted for the oil, which more importantly means that Alcasync and Kiyoko were not targeted, and so I wanted to weigh the likelihood of either of them controlling the arsonist and using it to eliminate me. That said, I would probably be a better target for a NK (which implicates them by omission of their own deaths, kind of) rather than the slow death by fire.

Anyway, I was worried that I would be guaranteed to die on this following night phase, which means if Mr. Alice was lynched and flipped town, it'd be two town deaths. Thus my concern.

I've asked Sammiya a lot of questions about this oil and its interactions. A lot. I can reveal everything I know, but if you don't believe me I think you can ask her yourself and she'll answer. The gist of it is: The arsonist has to perform an action on me again to kill me. This also means I might live if the arsonist is jailed, stunned, redirected, or I get jailed. Sammiya confirmed that a doctor does not prevent this death.

I think the reason I was oiled was because Alca and Kiyoko are likely targets to get hit by a NK, whereas I am lower priority. This suggests to me two things.

A)
Arsonist is neutral or town. This means they had no way of knowing who the mafia would target, and so they tried to oil up a target that would be beneficial for them to have a check on (either win condition or as a precaution as town), or a target that would not die N0, or both.

B)
Arsonist is mafia and one of the mafia are either Alcasync or Kiyoko, and the NK was planned to go to the other (or a miscellaneous target), but that is pretty fishy. Alcasync seemed very bewildered by the Oil at first. That could be a charade. Kiyoko seems rather... Kiyoko about everything in this thread, so. Who knows? That said, immediately targeting two of the three for kills if you're the one that is mafia would be questionable, especially since they would know right away that the recipient of the oil would know they had been oiled.

C)
Arsonist is mafia and neither Alcasync nor Kiyoko are mafia. There's a chance of this.

If I had to hedge a bet, I'd say scenario A is the most likely. Scenario B (under the miscellaneous NK target route) and C have their merits. For the record, I also think that at least one of Kiyoko and Alcasync are town. I will not commit to saying that both are town until I have more evidence.

I can share more information about what I've learned if it is requested.

Did you guys know that if you stand close enough to an Applebee's, you might get a tiny tiny signal? Technically, Donald can also use fire, but since he's a mage he probably wouldn't need gasoline. And... also all of the main characters (Sora, Roxas, Riku, Aqua/Terra/Ventus) who have access to all the spells in general.

But this does cast some suspicion on Rasei/Axel(Lea?), having claimed a character whose primary element is fire. Mainly for not being upfront about it, if it is her. ;v;

I asked Sammiya if the gasoline has anything to do with the character. She said it was mostly for the fire aspect and that many mages could use fire in the game.

I've been so frustrated trying to deal with these KH characters and references. Mild regret, tbh.

Anyway, my hesitance to vote Mr. Alice is both because of the above scenarios and also because I know Blaire and I know she won't defend herself unless prodded. I was kind of hoping she might still at least role claim or say something to convince us otherwise, but...

I agree that I want a lynch more than I want a no lynch. I think no lynch is creeping up on Mr. Alice? I am firm in my suspicion of Rasei insofar since I haven't been satisfied with her responses, but I do want a lynch for information.

Tentative Vote: Mr. Alice while I count votes and think more. I'm going to be so pissed if I've been mindgamed, though.

Hmm...makes me wonder, would that make Rasei the safer lynch then? If only because if she is the fire starter, then it makes it more likely she's Mafia or neutral. And that could save Lux...though again, depending on how Mr. Blaire flips, points suspicion either toward or away from her.

Still think I'm most content with a No Lynch, but if we're going to be lynching someone today, I now know which way I lean, a least.
