“That was foolish.” PAT mutters, arms wrapped around themself. PAM takes the surrendered game piece in a hand and crushes it into fine dust with a clench of their fist.

I had one of our cats crawl onto me, which trapped my arms and then the cat lulled me to sleep with her purrs, and Rasei woke me up by sending a message on skype. And then fire fox lagged and crashed. And then lagged again when I got it running. The past... twelve minutes were spent panicking and in confusion.

And now the cat is angry at me for wriggling to shove her off.

Hopefully the game won't end tonight due to a misfire or more mafia kill pressure, in which case a game going with one kill across three nights into a mislynch is pretty unfortunate. In theory mafia spent all their vigilantes, but town probably has not. So that'll be interesting.

An uncomfortable amount of votes came in last minute, though I would be hypocritical to look harshly at it. I'm not sure how I'll look at Lucas for starting that vote, nor Rasei for following it up. Plus everyone else. This does make me slightly more inclined to trust katagi between what she said in response to my questions and not voting drandahl (though these are not concrete reasons, but better than most at this stage), though not sure how to process Sammiya just yet. More back-reading.

Best case scenario, some town does fire and does kill a mafia.
Worst case scenario, game's over.
Probable and hopefully likely scenario, town survives and is in MYLO (mislynch and lose) with some leads following all of this. But we'll see.

If we survive the night, we're throwing preliminary votes out earlier in the phase.

If town did have a fire left, which i doubt with how many have gone off in the last couple of nights, who do you think they should go for, Tiki, Lux?

I'd say they probably shouldn't fire tonight when it might just lose the game, but there's a 50% chance of being right, too, and if it's on a town that has a bulletproof it might not be terrible, though at that point it's just softening people up for mafia, so I'm not sure.

I'm going to take a break for a bit since I've done nothing but this thread all day, but I'll see what reads I come up with later in the phase in case I go down. At least two publicly known towns helps a lot for some cross-referencing and process-of-elimination.

Town needs to talk more. Especially in a setup like this.
