At the end of D1, the vote was a tie between yourself and drandahl. You showed up about three minutes prior to rollover and moved your vote to drandahl, guaranteeing a lynch on him. It's reasonable in terms of self-preservation, and you clarified that the tie is between a "100% town and a 50% chance of town, versus focusing the lynch on someone that is 50% town". I can understand this, and if it had been earlier in the phase I wouldn't have batted an eye.
But here's what feels a little off. You swap your vote last second, and you
know that it's a scummy thing to do and acknowledge it. The alternative would be sitting there and letting RNG decide. I'm a little curious why you didn't let this happen?
I'm
not suspecting you due to acting out of self-preservation, but rather the circumstance it places town in going forward. Because now we're here on D2 and the honesty of the tie was circumvented. Further, it paints you as being extremely scummy for the last second swap. If you're actually town and you commit that move, it means that in the future phase--which has potential to be MYLO if we lynched a town D1, which we did--we have a giant question mark looming over a town.
This might not be much by itself, but there's another factor: Mr. Alice was killed first. Notably, as multiple others have mentioned, this leaves stronger players up. I personally suspected that either you or myself would be likely to die N0. But Mr. Alice was killed. This creates an extremely huge WIFOM that basically paints both you and me as suspicious. I believe everyone has said this as well at this point. Further, Cthuluhoop was killed off next, which neatly sidesteps the elephant in the room: Are either of us mafia, and if so, which player?
It's... it's kind of weird to explain, but do you see what I'm getting at? As town, moving the vote last second, when you've already been implicated due to Mr. Alice's death, just makes you look scummy and places you under scrutiny on D2
if you're alive and
if drandahl doesn't flip mafia, thus placing us in a MYLO scenario where we're distracted from hunting mafia by needing to consider a possibly framed and accidentally scummy player.
I understand you were having connection issues, and I also understand that finding this suspicious also doesn't help
my case since it can be read as, "Oh, Lux is mafia, killed Mr. Alice to make herself and alca suspicious, and now is casting the spotlight on alca!" Maybe you are town and it was just a last minute panic, and maybe I'm playing into mafia's hands by bothering you with all of this, but in conclusion: Why didn't you just let the tie go through?
And lastly!

Only three people had votes on you at the end of the phase: Cthuluhoop, drandahl, and AliceofOz. Two of those are confirmed town. With that statement, aren't you saying that Alice is probably mafia? And, if so and following her post, what do you think of her now?
